Cancellations must be made with at least 48h notice. Failing to meet the notice means you will be charged for the booked time. Mitigating circumstances do apply.
You have 14 days from the first booking to request a full refund. If you want to amend or make changes to your booking after the 14 day cooling-off period, the payment you made becomes non-refundable.
You must have a valid UK Provisional License. If you do not have the required documents, you will not be able to proceed with lessons. A photo of your driving license will be taken to verify it is valid and to verify who you are.
